Business Coaching Sessions

Single Session
Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Outside that 48-hour window, it's non-refundable — but you can still reschedule to another available time.

3-Session / 5-Session Package
Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, refunds are calculated at the single-session rate: any sessions you've already had are valued at $125 each, and the remaining unused balance is refunded. For example, if you've used 1 session from the 3-session package, your refund would be $340 − $125 = $215.

Once 2 sessions have been completed — in either package — the remaining balance is non-refundable, regardless of sessions left unused.

The Lighthouse Program (6 Weeks)
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of your first scheduled meeting.

Once that first meeting has happened, it's non-refundable — no exceptions. This is a hands-on, 1:1 engagement, and your spot is reserved from the start.

Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Small Courses)
All digital products — including PDFs, guides, and any small courses — are non-refundable. These are instant-access digital items, delivered immediately upon purchase.

What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund
Refunds are based on timing, not circumstances. Changing your mind, not following through on the work, misunderstanding what a session or program covers, or general dissatisfaction after the fact don't create grounds for a refund outside the windows above.

Results
Coaching and consulting outcomes depend on your effort, your follow-through, and factors outside my control. Business results aren't guaranteed, and not getting the results you hoped for isn't grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) within the applicable window listed above. Requests made after that window has closed won't be honored, including no-shows and late cancellations.

Approved refunds are issued minus any transaction fees already incurred on the original payment.
